Important Notes:

1. Do not use continuously for more than 30 minutes; total usage time should not exceed 2-3 hours.
2. Power supplies are not interchangeable – Each cutting pen requires its specific power source to function safely.
3. Avoid repeated bending – The heating pipe should only be bent once at a specific point; excessive bending may cause breakage.
4. Designed for medium-to-low density foam only – Not suitable for high-density foam or other materials.
5. Use a switch to turn off power regularly – Cutting off power intermittently can help extend the lifespan of the tool.
6. Pre-Shipment Testing – Each unit undergoes a power-on test before shipping, which may result in minor bubbles on the pen—this is normal and does not affect performance.
